Orders and Payments
When you place an order with Pixel Perfect:
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We may request additional information to process your order
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation
- We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and major credit cards
Cancellation Policy
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Standard product orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a processing fee. Installation services may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
Warranties and Limitations
As a certified NovaStar partner, we provide the following warranties:
- Most NovaStar products are covered by manufacturer warranty
- Warranty includes repair or replacement for eligible hardware faults or defects
- Warranty period varies by product (typically 1-3 years)
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or natural disasters

User Responsibilities
